There is a hearing today with testimony regarding the defense’s fourth and fifth motions to compel. The testifying witness is currently unknown to the public. These motions were sealed, so we only know about their contents from the recent hearings. According to discussions at those hearings, the motions pertain at least partly to cellular information and some footage of Suspect Vehicle 1.

The hearing will be livestreamed on the YouTube channel linked above. The livestream doesn’t begin until everyone in the courtroom is seated, so you will need to refresh the page until the livestream appears. The court does not post the recordings afterwards, but they are typically posted by the news networks covering the case.

1:30pm Pacific, Thursday, May 30 (Closed): The IGG information will be discussed with Bicka Barlow and Leah Larkin testifying for the defense.

10am Pacific, Friday, May 31 (Optional): The court has space reserved on its calendar to complete arguements from the other hearings if needed.
